Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced leader to take the reins of both our children’s home and our domiciliary care service. This is a rare opportunity to shape two vital services – bringing vision, empathy, and excellence to everything you do.
As our Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager, you’ll:
• Lead and inspire dedicated care teams
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards
• Champion safeguarding and person-centred care
• Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations
• Drive continuous improvement and professional development
What You’ll Need
• 4+ years supporting young people in residential care
• 2+ years in a management or senior role
• Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for empowering others and making a difference
Special Requirements
• To comply with Ofsted and CQC regulations, the post holder must assume the role of Registered Manager and meet all relevant standards within an agreed timeframe.
Salary: £35,910.56 – £41,477.40 per year (based on experience & qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours/week
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am–4:30pm
Location: Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire
