Meet Jo L …
Jo has been at Tree House Care since October 2022 when she joined the business support team. In January this year she moved into the role of Fostering Support Assistant, and is really enjoying the new role, particularly all the interesting training and meeting the children and carers.
She also has a volunteer job as a panel member for the Youth Justice Service and enjoys working with young people to support them in moving away from offending behaviour.
“My spare time is spent with family, my partner, our children and my little dog. In the warmer months my partner and I try to get away in our touring caravan as much as possible at weekends, it’s our little happy place and you don’t have to go far out of Grimsby to relax in lovely countryside and feel like you’ve had a proper break. I am a big music fan and like going to gigs and concerts, my favourites are The Killers, James, The Levellers, Fun and Pink (not to mention my guilty pleasure Take That, who I’ve seen live more than 15 times!) I look forward to meeting more of you in my new role, see you soon! ”
