Meet Meg …

Meg
Meet Meg, our Fostering Support Assistant.
Before joining Tree House Care, Meg spent over ten years working in a primary school, supporting children from Reception through to Year 6. She has always loved working with children and young people and wanted to continue doing this in a different way, which led her to Tree House Care.
Meg is a mum to two teenagers and, when she isn’t working, she loves reading, writing and getting out for a walk in the countryside. She is also a published children’s author and released her first book, The Terrifying Prize, earlier this year. She is currently working on a sequel.
Music is another big part of Meg’s life — although she’s much more likely to be found singing along loudly at home than performing for an audience!

“What I’ve loved most since joining Tree House is how welcoming everyone has been. There’s a real sense of being part of a family, and I love that my role gives me the opportunity to support children and young people in a completely different way. No two days are quite the same, which I love!”
