Meet Paul …
Paul started at Tree House in 2008, moving away in 2016. He spent this time away working for other agencies and local authorities and also practised again as a child protection social worker.
He says it speaks volumes that after eight years away, it was Tree House Care that he chose to come back to after gaining the knowledge and comparisons to other fostering agencies. And we’re certainly pleased to have him back!
His role now is to not only support and supervise foster carers, but also to develop Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas. He’s passionate about identifying people from all walks of life who can provide children with loving, structured and fun homes to thrive in and meet their full potential.
“I lead a very ordinary life in that I like going for long walks, socialising with friends and going out for meals. I like cooking although some of you will remember, my confidence was knocked when I got down to the final ten for ‘Come Dine With Me’ but didn’t make the final five. Oh well, their loss ha ha. I look forward to meeting you all in the near future and being part of the growth journey together! ”
