Meet Rob …

Meet Rob, our Team Leader in the Yorkshire Office. Rob has been working with Tree House Care since 2016 and is a self-confessed gin connoisseur and Xboxer!

His role includes working alongside foster carers, supporting and supervising staff, running support groups and training, supporting with the recruitment of new foster carers and the occasional office DIY job!

Through all of this, Rob says there is no single part of his job that he enjoys more than another – all things come with highs and lows. But ultimately seeing the amazing work our foster carers do and the progress of our children who live with them is the reward that keeps him (and everyone at THC) going.

“As a fostering agency, Tree House is small enough to have the ‘family’ feel, which is important when you need support, but we are big enough to be able to offer many facets to that support, ensuring that you get what you need, when you need it. I am proud to be part of this community alongside inspiring foster carers and staff. ”
